Woman On Weights


Woman on Weights also known as 
WOW is a full body workout incorporating weights, kettle bells, dumb bells and bands for females. During this 1 hour workout, we use our own bodyweight  to do lunges, squats, push ups and dips. We practice proper form and balance while interval training with weights and bands for sculpting. We then then finish off with core and stretching.  

We will begin our first session with body fat composition  and measurements so we can track your progress.  We also discuss clean and balanced eating as you can't reach your goals without applying both to your daily regime.  

There is no pressure in this class as everyone is starting at different levels. That being said, all levels are welcome! You will be given many options to modify or enhance your workouts.  If you are looking to tighten up your physique and have more core strength, then this class is for you. 

This program will run for 6 weeks. Please contact me for the next start date. 


Location:  Steve Nash Fitness World in Coquitlam at 111-3000 Lougheed Hwy right beside The Brick. Come join the fun!

**If you have any injuries you are currently rehabbing, please notify me before the class as I am not a rehab trainer**
