3 D Glutes

3D Glutes is a Co-Ed Glute Training Class. We meet at the Steve Nash Fitness World - Uptown Victoria Club on the
Group Fitness floor every Thursday

During this one hour workout we incorporate anaerobic and aerobic cardio by warming up with some running and
then moving into 
sprints and plyometrics. For the next 20 minutes we move into core and glute weight training combos which include 
some body weight exercises such as lunges, squats incorporating gliders, dumbbells and bands. 
We then finish off with 20 minutes of core and static stretches.There is no pressure to complete reps or drills and 
all levels are welcome. If you are tired and bored of your usual glute workout and want to take it to the next level 
learning some new ideas, then this class is for you.

Did you know once our glutes stop firing, our hip flexors (the muscles that pull the thigh forward) get tight and can 
lead to injury. Your glutes work to stabilize the pelvis and keep integrity of movement in the hip joint. When they're 
strong, your lower back doesn't bear the brunt of your motion.  Your Glutes Are a Team. The three players that make 
up your glutes are the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and the gluteus minimus. The smaller glute muscles help rotate 
your thigh outwards when your leg is straight, and inwards when your hips are bent.
