Sports Intervals

Sport Intervals is a Co-Ed Full Body Group Training Class
During this one hour workout we incorporate anaerobic and aerobic cardio by warming up with some running and then moving into sprints and plyometrics. For the next 20 minutes we move into full body weight training combos which include some body weight exercises such as lunges, squats, push ups, dips, gliders, dumb bells and bands. We then finish off with 20 minutes of core and static stretches.There is no pressure to complete reps or drills and all levels are welcome. If you are tired and bored of your usual workout and want to take it to the next level learning some new ideas, then this class is for you.
