Maxed out is a Co-Ed Full Body, Group Training workout incorporating aerobic and anaerobic interval training with weights. During this 55 minute workout, we incorporate ply metrics, sprints, lunges, squats, push ups, dips, step ups, box jumps, boxing, core and stretch to high energy music. There is no pressure to complete reps or drills and all levels are welcome. If you are tired and bored of your usual workout, then this class is for you. Please join us at the Steve Nash Fitness World in Coquitlam located at 111-3000 Lougheed Hwy right beside Winners. We meet on the aerobic floor every Tuesday at 6:00 am. This class is included in your membership, so come join the fun!
